Appointment Confirmation Policy

Our booking system requires all clients to confirm appointments by entering their credit or debit card details.  This is a security measure put in place to protect small businesses against business loss from late cancellations and no shows.   If you cancel your booking within 12 hours of the appointment start time, or do not show up for your appointment, our system will automatically charge 100% of the service fee.


Cancellation + No Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment start time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value. No Shows (failing to show up for your appointment) incur a fee of 100% of your booking value. Please ensure you provide us with the required notice to avoid unwanted fees.


Late Arrival Policy

Life happens, traffic sucks and parking can be a nightmare! We’ve all been there, so we do allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for late arrivals. 

Please note, however, that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to downgrade your treatment to make up for lost time. If you are more than 25 minutes late, and we cannot get in contact with you, your appointment will be marked as a No Show and our booking system will apply the relevant fee.


Right to Refuse

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.


Complimentary Fixes
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
– Extensions, gel and BIAB polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. 

Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. to Stay Classy by Helen a memorable one.

  

Please remember, that nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, which will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
